I guess I'm a little slow on the uptake....

I just now came to the realization that I need to put all HC supporters on ignore. I've seen no evidence they are willing to explain their support for HC, despite all of the evidence presented by other DU members that demand explanation.

The evidence isn't "it's time to have a woman president". For the record, I believe the vast majority of the electorate would vote for a woman, (period!!). However, people will also vote for the person (all things considered and all things being equal) that most appeals to their personal views.

Bernie Sanders has helped people understand it's not about anything other than who will change the status quo for the betterment of all Americans (regardless of any physical attribute that you were born with).

That statement is inclusive of people that deal with gender identity issues, which is an issue very close to my heart, and those that have been left out of American society. The people that represent the native tribes that were established on this continent WAY earlier than those that CONTINUE to subdue them. IT JUST TURNS MY STOMACH!!!!

Sorry for the rant - carry on....

I don't actually think that the Hillary supporters on this board can articulate why they support her candidacy.

I haven't seen any proof.

Rant on!

I don't care why someone chooses to support HRC or any other candidate, that is their business, who I support is mine. I hope they have studied the issues and made a choice based upon the combination of those and their personal beliefs, but if not I suspect my engaging in a discussion with them will hardly make any difference. If someone asks who I have chosen or who I support, I will tell them and why, but who they choose is their business.

If others want to make statement of detraction towards my chosen candidate, it is their opinion to which they are entitled and it is not an insult to me as I only value the opinions of a very, very small number of people.

way about her supporters. They are always bashing Bernie instead of praising Hillary. It's really crazy.

Back in 08 things were heated around here but we argued about issues and which candidate was better. There is no debate here anymore just accusations.
