"The Green Knight" - Just watched the trailer on The Guardian webpage. Has anyone watch this film on Amazon? (Original Post) EarnestPutz Feb 21 OP

OK, not a ringing endorsement, but thanks. Was Dev Patel any good? EarnestPutz Feb 21 #4
yes, very talented Shellback Squid Feb 21 #7
Personally I thought it stunk. I wasn't expecting "Lord of the Rings" or "Excalibur", but I felt it was a waste of time LT Barclay Feb 21 #2
That's bad, though I don't know how many stars your screen saver has. EarnestPutz Feb 21 #3
It's a nice beach scene. All I need for a quick vacation is a fan, heat lamp and rum drink! LT Barclay Feb 22 #8
I liked it. temporary311 Feb 21 #5
Thanks for the response. Haven't read it and looking at this has made me curious: EarnestPutz Feb 21 #6

If you've read the poem, then you should know it's not action oriented (the poem basically yada-yada-yadad past the action.) There are two really good scenes, one towards the beginning involving Guinevere, and one at the very end when he finally makes it to the Green Knight's chapel.
