'Seeing his disappointment, Principal Brian Wiesinger took the time out of his day to re-do the ceremony just for Calvin and his family.

"They want to have someone that cares about them. They want to rely on adults. And if we don't model that for them...[then who will]?" Wiesinger said.

Wiesinger asks, 'How can we expect our youth to be leaders if no one else shows them the way?''
