IVC Process, Siblings, bad mojo

So I have a sibling issue.

Recently I had this shared with me, forwarded from a separate conversation, regarding another sibling. None of this looks above board, since the precipitating triggers were about coming forward about a past assault and research that had been done after the reporting process and law enforcement assistance was sidelined; potentially by the very people meant to be helping and who may have had evidence shared with them by a witness. Does anyone have any ideas what it’s called to attempt this without grounds? And who to report it to? Interference with the course of justice is my first thought but how do you even…

“I spoke with a colleague who worked as a psychiatric NP about everything that has been going on and she recommended printing the delusional things he has been saying and taking with you to the magistrate to pursue another IVC, which she said is probably the only way he will be able to access treatment and have a chance at a healthy life. She acknowledged that timing is tricky and suggested doing so when he is more agitated and/or if he has been neglecting himself (not bathing, not eating, not sleeping, etc.), but also emphasized that another hospital and provider might be more willing to take your collateral information which she agreed they should have taken during the previous IVC. I defer whether and when this is done to you since he is living with you but encourage you not to resign yourselves to doing nothing. With proper treatment, you and he would have a chance at a life worth living, but without it, this is only going to get worse. I am planning to let him know some time this week that I can no longer be part of the discussion where, according to his terms, I am not allowed to share my true thoughts and concerns, nor will I be attending a family meeting for him to put us on trial for imagined offenses based on conspiracy theories. Best of luck.”
