Is there a way to stay subscribed to a forum, but not get notifications?

One forum I'm subscribed to is updated frequently. I'd like to find it easily (I use the my stuff page) but the flashing notification for every new op posted is getting old.

My Stuff > Account Settings

Scroll down to "My Stuff" notifications

Set Show "My Stuff" subscription notifications to No

That should do it...
