Not sure where to put this, but how do I request that the mods stop asking me to

serve on Democratic Primary juries? I don't go on that board and I really don't want to get involved at this point. I just don't want to get into Democratic infighting at all. I always decline and it just seems kind of pointless for them to ask me. I don't mind serving on other juries, but it seems like a waste of their time to ask me to serve on these particular debates.

I've trashed the Primaries forum but know that I still get the jury requests.

In the upper right hand corner of your DU screen is My Account. Click on it and you'll find an option where you can agree or decline to serve on juries.

Actually, based on your respectful posts, I think you would bring an intelligent perspective to the anonymous juries. Just my opinion.

are unfairly alerted on, and I don't want to see their posts hidden because someone has a particular bone to pick with them, but when it comes to primaries, it's all about who doesn't like their candidate, and that is constant. Someone is always going to have a problem with your favorite candidate, but I'm not so sure that deserves an alert.

It has just been so out of control lately. I don't want to see people banned because they have issues with certain people, on the other hand, I am not getting involved in the primary debate at all because I plan to vote for the Dem candidate whoever they may be. I am not so sure I know who is best for the party at this point, so I am refraining to make a decision.

I kind of wish we could give this forum a pass from jury service. Thanks for your response, PJMcK!

Or you can opt out when you're asked to serve. But I know what you mean, seems I'm called for a jury most times when I sign on.
