(904 posts)The Missouri GOPers are all running hard against evil "job killing" Romneycare, er I mean, Obamacare.
Brunner is a t*rd, Steelman is a wacko, and Akin is a profiteer. And the good ol' boys will lap up their lies and ask for another serving.

Democrats should pull all money and resources out of Missouri to focus on other states.Obama or Biden should never again step foot
In Missouri.Apart from solid democratic congressional districts In St Louis and Kansas city the state Is turning Into solid Republican
state.
These are all tea party extremists.I could list all the things republicans do that hurt people.Yet some would rather vote for them
anyway.

Missouri is a lost cause. Between the Tea-Baggers, wing nuntz and assorted other crazies. And the political ads are Unreal! Reality free, fact free, anti-obamacare, anti tax cuts 'cause taxes kills jobs. Government spends too much for the economy to recover. Cut government spending. And on and on and on, infinitum.

(47,953 posts)Harry S. Truman: "I've seen it happen time after time. When the Democratic candidate allows himself to be put on the defensive and starts apologizing for the New Deal and the fair Deal, and says he really doesn't believe in them, he is sure to lose. The people don't want a phony Democrat. If it's a choice between a genuine Republican, and a Republican in Democratic clothing, the people will choose the genuine article, every time; that is, they will take a Republican before they will a phony Democrat, and I don't want any phony Democratic candidates in this campaign."

(331 posts)This is sad. Senator Claire has stood for the Middle Class Families many times in debates on the Senate floor. During healthcare debating she was a vital force. I have watched her speak for us many times during the past four years. Somebody has to help in Missouri. I'd give anything to have her as our senator.
