This isn't truly about the primaries...

But the last time I looked at camp color wars (Clinton vs Sanders) on Act Blue pages for DU Clinton donations were 6 people for $85. While we pretend a parity of input over 200 people and $6000 for Bernie are merely equal in the GD-P wars. I love this site and it's founders and as avowed Clinton supporters they try to show balance. But I wonder what the result would be if all star members were to be allowed to vote fror a DU endorsement???

Until Bernie, Edwards was the last candidate to get a large check from me. I was wrong about his character.

I trust the character of Bernie Sanders, and I know his message is right.

Set up a poll where it is clear that you seek a endorsement vote on a DU star membership poll. There was a different poll a while ago, but you could do it again with clearer expectations and rules.

You could make the membership requirement by a certain date from the past (before any candidates announced).

You could leave it up for a week and then you'd have to correct for non-star and recent membership.

And then you could publicize it to the usual media outlets. It will have limitations of any non-controlled poll, but it might be interesting.
