Minnesota doesn't f**k around with with faithless electors

Apparently they threw out the ballot of an elector who would not promise to vote for Hillary and replaced him with an alternate.

If electors are not allowed to vote their conscience, that means no defections by Trump electors.

There are questions about whether or not these state laws are even constitutional. That has not been tested at the supreme court yet because we never were in a situation where this could arise.
