The Election: Of Hate, Grief, and a New Story

People might like to look at this latest article by Charles Eisenstein. I hope this is the right forum for it, it's specifically about the forces at play in the election, and what to do in the future.

I'll just point out that I think the suggestions here are compatible with the recount and other actions I've been promoting.

Very interesting. I don't agree with every single line, but most of it should be taken to heart mtnsnake Dec 2016 #2

As for me looking at a Trumpster voter with empathy , sure, I can look at them with pity and remorse ... When there new healthcare costs twice as much if they can get it, when there wallets are empty because they lost there jobs to foreign competition, and on and on, and on...

The empathy part he speaks of will be one sided only, though, because Republicans have little empathy for others, and Trump is incapable of empathy since he is a sociopath. Empathy in a political sense is a Democratic value, not Republican.

I think the article is awesome, though, and has a lot to offer for anyone who is open minded. Well done!
