Kris Kobach - the man behind the crosscheck project to deny thousands the right to vote -

THIS IS WHY KRIS KOBACH IS POSSIBLY BEING OFFERED CABINET POST - HE REPRESSED THE DEM VOTE!!!!!!!!!!

28 states sent their voter lists to him - supposedly looking for people who were voting in more than one state but really trying to get dem voters off the rolls. So they checked common black, Asian and Hispanic names and if your name was similar to someone in another state you were flagged as a felony voter (but never prosecuted - just sent a small postcard with very small type saying if you did not respond to this card, you would be taken off voter rolls. So many went to vote - and had to use a provisional ballot and Greg Palist said many of the provisional ballots are not counted.

We found that one-fourth of the names on the list actually lacked a middle-name match. The system can also mistakenly identify fathers and sons as the same voter, ignoring designations of Jr. and Sr. A whole lot of people named "James Brown" are suspected of voting or registering twice, 357 of them in Georgia alone. But according to Crosscheck, James Willie Brown is supposed to be the same voter as James Arthur Brown. James Clifford Brown is allegedly the same voter as James Lynn Brown.

We had Mark Swedlund, a database expert whose clients include eBay and American Express, look at the data from Georgia and Virginia, and he was shocked by Crosscheck's "childish methodology." He added, "God forbid your name is Garcia, of which there are 858,000 in the U.S., and your first name is Joseph or Jose. You're probably suspected of voting in 27 states."

In the new world, this isn't a negative...it's a contribution.

And that's what we have to resist for 4 years.

Greg said they need to really check the provisional ballots to make sure they are counted because thousands of dems were forced to use provisional ballots because of Kobach's Crosscheck program.

Not sure where crosscheck was used. I took a quick peak at Florida. 2012 provisionals = 35,xxx ballots. Trump's win was 115,xxx votes so there would need to be 3.5x increase in provisionals AND they would need to be 100% HRC.

In Ohio, it's constantly changing now with asshat Jon Husted in the SoS seat but I think the provisionals are only counted if they exceed the spread or if there's a recount.
