I'm also concerned that by saying the media is ignoring it, we're not only implying that the media ignores white racists, but we're also implying that the media ignores cop killings, which plays right into what the right wants everyone to believe.

from over the summer were covered. There was saturation coverage from the entire media for weeks on end. People were earnestly talking about the initial stages of a "race war."

Same thing happened when those loons from the Bundy Ranch went and killed two cops in Vegas a couple years ago. The story got barely any national coverage, and nobody tied the ant-government/anti-law enforcement rhetoric of the bunnies to that horrible event.

I've recent found out that his Sheriff's Department has very little authority in his county outside of policing parks and highways that aren't within municipal jurisdictions and operating the county courthouse and jail.

That means Sheriff Clarke is nothing more than a glorified local jailer who parades around in his ridiculous 10 starred uniform as if he were the head of a major department like the NYPD or LAPD.
