Rudy Giuliani claims Donald Trump 'confirms' Obama was born in U.S., blames Clinton for suggesting he wasn't

It only took him five years.

One of Donald Trump’s most loyal henchmen claims the Republican frontrunner has finally swallowed the fact that President Obama was born in the U.S.

“I confirm that and Donald Trump now confirms that,” former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani said on MSNBC’s "Hardball with Chris Matthews" Thursday evening.

Giuliani bizarrely stated that Trump in fact said so over three years ago, triggering Matthews to grill him for over five minutes on the “ridiculous” claim.

In a mindboggling twist of words, Giuliani then veered from the point and tried to blame Hillary Clinton for even entertaining the notion that Obama wasn't born in the U.S.
