We need to talk about the child rape lawsuit filed against Donald Trump

You’d think an accusation of child rape levelled at one of the most powerful men in the Western world would be front page news, and yet reports of a federal lawsuit filed against Donald Trump, which claims he and another man sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl, have hardly made a sound.

While the billionaire US presidential hopeful has denied any wrongdoing — his lawyers have described the reports as “categorically untrue, completely fabricated and politically motivated” — that doesn’t mean they aren’t potentially credible and it certainly doesn’t render them not newsworthy.

The neo-liberalist billionaires are a new global order that feels they are more powerful than nations and governments and they attack progressive democratic governments like Brazil with impunity. We need to realize what the threat level is and how much power they wield, especially against smaller countries.

Why The New Child Rape Case Filed Against Donald Trump Should Not Be Ignored
06/29/2016 01

An anonymous “Jane Doe” filed a federal lawsuit against GOP presumptive nominee Donald Trump last week, accusing him of raping her in 1994 when she was thirteen years old. The mainstream media ignored the filing.

If the Bill Cosby case has taught us anything, it is to not disregard rape cases against famous men. Serious journalists have publicly apologized for turning a blind eye to the Cosby accusers for over a decade, notwithstanding the large number of women who had come forward with credible claims. And now history is repeating itself.

In covering a story, a media outlet is not finding guilt. It is simply reporting the news that a lawsuit has been filed against Mr. Trump, and ideally putting the complaint in context. Unproven allegations are just that - unproven, and should be identified that way. (Mr. Trump’s lawyer says the charges are “categorically untrue, completely fabricated and politically motivated.”) Proof comes later, at trial. But the November election will come well before any trial. And while Mr. Trump is presumed innocent, we are permitted - no, we are obligated — to analyze the case’s viability now.

No outsider can say whether Mr. Trump is innocent or guilty of these new rape charges. But we can look at his record, analyze the court filings here, and make a determination as to credibility ...............

Snopes: Lawsuit Charges Donald Trump with Raping a 13-Year-Old Girl

..... The online outlet that first reported the second filing in New York explained that the lawsuit might be allowed to proceed even though the statute of limitations for bringing suit has expired, because (according to plaintiff's lawyer) the plaintiff lacked the "freedom of will to institute suit earlier in time" due to her having been threatened by Trump:

It should be noted that anyone can file a civil complaint in federal court. The statute of limitations in New York for civil rape cases is five years, but [the] complaint argues that the time limit should be waived, noting that the plaintiff was too frightened to report the abuse because Trump had threatened that if she did “her family would be physically harmed if not killed.”

“Both defendants let plaintiff know that each was a very wealthy, powerful man and indicated that they had the power, ability and means to carry out their threats,” the complaint claims.

A copy of the New York-based suit was also uploaded to Scribd, and in the second filing (which asked for no specific amount of monetary damages) the plaintiff was represented by Thomas Francis Meagher, a New Jersey patent lawyer who learned of her allegations via an article published on the GossipExtra web site advertising that she was "shopping for an attorney." In a statement attached to her filing, the plaintiff (aka "Jane Doe&quot asserted: ..........

I very much doubt those two people would risk Federal prison for perjury.

The employee also mentioned other girls abused, many threats towards girls/their families and another girl missing.

There are so many other things to comment on with Trump - but . . .

This has some serious force behind it.

Meet Chandler Smith - the mom of 3 from Ohio who kind of formed the 'Vote Trump Get Dumped' thing.
Here she says she, "never considered herself much of a political activist"
http://nymag.com/thecut/2016/03/women-trying-to-defeat-donald-trump.html

She might not be, but her father is Steven Baer.
http://jezebel.com/heres-how-that-wild-lawsuit-accusing-trump-of-raping-a-1782447083

Vote Trump Get Dumped was founded by an Ohio woman named Chandler Smith and her husband Blake. Baer is Chandler Smith’s father. He was once described by the National Review as a conservative mega-donor and “the world’s most successful email harasser,” known for sending “combative and colorful e-mail missives...to a who’s-who list of power brokers in the conservative world.”

I called Baer. In an hour-long phone call, he told me that he was not in “direct contact” with Katie Johnson. That said, he added, “I’ve seen her on video and spoken to her on the phone. Although of course we can always be fooled.”

Baer then launched into a passionate diatribe against Donald Trump, whom he saw as the destruction of everything the Party of Lincoln holds dear. He said he and his wife became “Never Trumpers” after the South Carolina primaries. “The way it happened for us is we decided we were opposed to Trump,” he said. “We see him as a very dangerous person for the Republic. We see him as a Mussolini or Hitler type. And we discovered in South Carolina that he’s also a terrible misogynist.”

Baer told me he learned of the rape allegations from none other than Al Taylor, who he said showed him an explosive video of Johnson outlining her claims.

Check out Steven Baer's 'email list'. He's brutal to elected Republican officials. Just BRUTAL. He believe he is King Shit in the Republican/Conservative movement and has even had a cease and desist from Paul Ryan!

I think with this a few days away - the shit is going to get real for Trump. This shit is getting real!
