... here's the Washington Post making it's weekly post on Hillary's favorability ratings.

I commented on this article and encourage anybody who feels 'up-to' it to do the same. In my comment, in addition to mentioning the eight Benghazi Show Trials (Kevin McCarthy said the purpose of which was to drive down Clinton's poll numbers), I took the opportunity to criticize WaPo and the rest to M$M for not reporting on the fact that Comey had to admit, when questioned by Rep. Cartwright, that NONE of Clinton's emails puported to have Classified Info in them, - NOT ONE had a Classified Header on it. And he also had to admit it was a reasonable inference for Sec Clinton that these emails were not classified.

Hillary Clinton hit her stride after the Democratic National Convention, riding to a double-digit lead over Donald Trump in some national and swing-state polls — her highest of the year.

As of today, though, Americans' views of her just hit a record low.

A new Washington Post-ABC News poll shows 41 percent of Americans have a favorable impression of Clinton, while 56 percent have an unfavorable one.

That's the worst image Clinton has had in her quarter-century in national public life. Her previous low favorable rating this year was in July, when it was 42 percent, lower than any mark in historical Post-ABC polls except a few points in the 1990s when a large share of the public had no opinion of her. Her previous high for unfavorable views was in June, when 55 percent disliked Clinton.

And I don't think you were given a full chance to talk about those three documents with the little c's on them. Were they properly documented? Were they properly marked according to the manual?

MATT CARTWRIGHT: Was there a header on the three documents that we've discussed today that had the little c in the text someplace?

JAMES COMEY: No. There were three e-mails, the c was in the body, in the text, but there was no header on the email or in the text.

... MATT CARTWRIGHT: So if Secretary Clinton really were an expert about what's classified and what's not classified and we're following the manual, the absence of a header would tell her immediately that those three documents were not classified. Am I correct in that?

JAMES COMEY: That would be a reasonable inference.

ever discuss why did the GOP feel 8 Benghazi committees were necessary. Never heard any discussion of whether there was some political mischief going on there.

Also, I am pissed off that GOP suckers won't report on the fact that Comey said there were no Classfied Headers on her emails that were purported to contain classified info. THis is tantamount to lying. Lying by ommission of relevant data.

so, I post on various M$M sites criticising them for that and other instances of passing on GOP propaganda.

7. Many of us have argued that Hillary must confront the lies made about her ...

... but too many of her supporters replied that such comments made us into "concern trolls." The reality is that Hillary is getting hammered on the trust and likability issue, even though her record is pure as the driven snow compared to Trump's.

She must emphasize that all the accusations against her were made by Republicans, promoted by conservative media, investigated by Republican conservatives (who found she did nothing criminal), and her reputation has been sullied by her political opponents using millions upon millions of taxpayer dollars.

She needs a sustained, campaign long response to these attacks, while at the same time continuing to attack Trump and promote her policies. If she was a man, she might be able to ignore these attacks, but unfortunately these attacks play into American sexism that women can't be trusted, and the media is just a puppet to this kind of sexism.

8. I am hoping that she will be able to do this during the very first debate.

All she has to do is ask "what lie?" I bet even the moderators won't be able to cite one. Sure they will be able to cite an alleged, unsubstantiated lie. The helicopter incident under fire during the Afghan visit is the only one that I can remember that comes close to a substantiated one and that was a very murky situation in a hot zone. Sure, they will bring up Benghazi and once again she will tell the truth about what happened and because her detractors won't want to believe her they will label whatever she says to be a lie, the media will accept that and talk about it as though it were a proven lie.

It is all so frustrating.
