2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumThis will be a serious mistake if Hillary lets DWS
anywhere near the convention. The Clintons are more than capable of playing hardball. This is the time.

(26,355 posts)All she'll be doing is gaveling the convention in and out. Her authority as chair of the DNC has been stripped of her. I'm no longer worried about her.

(15,374 posts)It has been noted.
DWS - as a Democratic candidate for a House seat in Florida and a current SuperD - has every right to be at the Democratic National Convention. And Hillary - as the all-but-official Dem nominee - has every right to use DWS in any capacity she chooses.
I love it how some self-styled "progressives" believe that their will should be imposed on others. That is autocracy.

(68,799 posts)Some are playing into Trump/Putin's hands. I know many of you are ready and willing to pounce On Hillary because you simply don't like her, but she is the only thing standing between us and Trump. The DNC emails are so not important...they found one email from May when the race was already over...not written by DWS either. Now, how about helping elect a Democrat? The primary is over. Sanders is not the nominee, and this won't change that.
