Trump: A ratings LOSER!

Last edited Fri Jul 22, 2016, 03:29 PM - Edit history (1)

Just reported that an average of 29.9 million watched Trump during the 10pm hour last night.

Comparison?

DNC '12 (final night): 35.7m
RNC '12 (final night): 30.3m
DNC '08 (final night): 38.4m
RNC '08 (final night): 38.9m

Sorry Donald...ratings loser.

But there were lots of 'em last night, although not in the "big three" networks' prime time window.

There was a load of 'em on Wednesday night, too.

And another load of 'em on Tuesday night.

And another load of 'em on Monday night!

It was a Bevy of Ranting Baboons! Beaucoup de Baboons! A Bonanza of Baboons! I could keep going...

At 75 minutes, I believe it's the longest since the 19th century.

Which stands to reason, since this is the most medieval major party ticket since the 19th century (at least!).

We really need all the networks to stop interrupting regular program to show Trump's speeches. We've all seen them, there's nothing new, and so much free publicity is starting to look really bad. If everyone just turns off the tv when Trump comes on, maybe they will get the message. If his ratings aren't good, he'll have to pay for air time like everyone else does, and Hillary has some very effective commercials.
