Who said it: Ivanka Trump or Hillary Clinton?
CLEVELAND, Ohio (CNN) - Donald Trump would use the power of the federal government to "change labor laws" to ensure companies pay women and men equally, and he would pursue universal childcare policies if elected president, according to his daughter, Ivanka Trump, who spoke Thursday at the Republican National Convention.
"Politicians talk about wage equality, but my father has made it a practice at his company throughout his entire career," Ivanka Trump said before introducing her father on the convention stage. "He will fight for equal pay for equal work and I will fight for this, too, right alongside of him."

The promises made by Trump's eldest daughter on the gender equality issue reflect a departure from traditional federal labor policies emphasized by Republican leaders. If true, it would put her father's agenda closer to that of his Democratic rival, Hillary Clinton, than others in his party.
Ivanka Trump: "As president, my father will change the labor laws ... and he will focus on making quality childcare affordable and accessible for all."

Secondly, I believe that Trump is threatened by having Men work for him, because he's a dumbass and he doesn't want men who work for him to figure that out; which would take about 15 minutes spent with him.
I've posted this before, but Trump earlier in the campaign made a statement to the affect that, he likes to be the smartest guy at the table, that way people are in awe of him and listen and hang on his every word. Having listened to Trump over the past campaign season, I've come to the conclusion that he isn't the brightest bulb in the socket. It's not even close, and I'm sure many MEN have come to that conclusion over the course of the past year as well. As someone who majored in Finance and Accounting, and have always been a financial junkie as well, I believe I can hold my own against Mr. Trump. I don't profess to be an expert in the Construction Industry, but I'm sure that there are some talents I have that Mr. Trump doesn't possess. But I assure you that there is nothing that I can't learn as long as my brain is functioning. Trump's inability to string together a coherent sentence without the aid of a teleprompter assures me that I can hold my own were he and I at the same table.
