(45,319 posts)going to assist in that effort. Kaine signed virulent anti gay legislation as Governor, after promising to veto it when he was running for office. He's the definition of what this Party needs to leave behind.

He's just kinda there.

The only way I see him helping here would be same as the rest of the country: disaffected Repukes who want to vote vs tRump will have a conservative dem alongside Clinton, which may make them more comfortable.
