Donald Trump will decide VP pick in "next three to four days"

"I will make my mind up over the next three to four days. In my mind, I have someone that would be really good," the presumptive GOP nominee said in an interview with The Washington Post.

Trump said he is considering five people, including retired Lt. Gen Michael T. Flynn.

"I do like the military, but I do very much like the political," Trump said.

Gingrich predicted that Trump will settle on his vice presidential pick on Wednesday or Thursday of this week and make the announcement Thursday or Friday "so they dominate the weekend news going into the convention."

So who is the 5th person? The article mentions Pence, Newt, Christie, & Flynn. Who else? I'm sure I should know this.

Anyway, we're monday, one week before the convention. It is not too early to start deciding.

In 2007, Trump donated $1,000 to the presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton.[23] In 2012, Trump endorsed Mitt Romney for president.[24] In 2013, Trump and her husband hosted a fundraiser for Cory Booker. The couple bundled more than $40,000 for Booker's U.S. Senate campaign.[25]

Would also be interested since Cory Booker is also considered a choice for VP too. $1k isn't that big of a donation but helping to raise $40k for Cory Booker is pretty big, especially since that lump of loaf Chris Christie is out there stumping for Trump.

I can't think of anyone else who was mentioned in earnest that hasn't bowed out.

8. Okay, looks like it will have to be Pence, since he has a ballot deadline on Friday (Gov or VP)

and the Trump campaign was originally gonna make their announcement at the convention. Moving up the timetable for Pence makes sense.
