This is setting the stage for barring them from the national convention. Mark my words....

(107 posts)Anyone can send an anonymous threatening message.
Yes, it's never, ever Sanders supporters. Nothing is ever their fault, their responsibility, and their actions are always blamed on everyone else. Brock, Trump, Hillary, anyone but Sanders or his supporters.
Maybe you should consider that Sanders supporters are human beings, and like other human beings, their beliefs, temperament, and attitudes vary widely. And, maybe, just maybe, they're capable of making mistakes and acting like, well, other humans. And, maybe, must maybe, people who think screaming "bitch" at female politicians and harrassing superdelegates would be capable of leaving threatening messages.
Nah. Must be somebody else. Every. Single. Time.

(651 posts)It does what it does in NV (after all the horrible things this election cycle), then wants to try this Orwellian nonsense about chair throwing (the new "English only" like lie of the moment), and everything but their undemocratic behavior. This party is a horrible, corrupt, center-right train wreck and should implode.

(50,566 posts)the new crew spread the lie that the exiting Clinton staff had trashed and vandalized the White House. Apparently Hillary's gang were taking notes then.
It's likely that Bernie will be the last Democrat that I ever cast a vote for when our primary comes up in June.

(651 posts)I didn't threaten anyone. So, want to focus now on the undemocratic behavior of the party in Nevada? I realize that you serial liars are in propaganda mode now, and are working on pushing this narrative very hard, but you seem to think that this isn't obvious diversion tactics.
I don't want to hear about what SOME supposed Sanders supporters did, I didn't do it. So address what the party did in Vegas, or risk undermining your own candidate. This was a monumentally bad decision that will have huge consequences for this election.

And then you have other Bernie supporters, who are saying that they have a right be be angry and violent.
Perhaps you guys should decide which view best represents Bernie supporters.

(12,233 posts)They get to smear their Bernie Bro meme some more... And it distracts from Ckinton and her FBI investigation. Wonder if she's meeting with the FBI this week? Plus, it may just help keep numbers down for Bernie in the last few states.
What astounds me is how the establishment expects to win in November when so many are having the blinders ripped off their eyes over the DNC's blatant choice of a nominee.
To be very clear, the message that Sander's has regarding the economy, health care, education, the judicial/ police state issue, and the environment, are all ideas he's still campaigning on. And as for people protesting or doing civil disobedience m, I do believe Sander's is in favor of people doing things that are "against the norm". He was arrested for protesting segregated housing. He's been marching in Unions picket lines for years.
Remember when Obama said he was the only one standing between the banks and the pitchforks of the American people? He's leaving office. There's a chance to gain some real progress back by the people with someone like a Sander's running.
I can't imagine the next 4 to 8 yrs under a Trump or Clinto presidency is going to be a pleasant one. Seeing how comfortable she is with basically being a republican isn't going to sit well at all with many people. If say from day 1, either trump or Hillary can expect to have protestors standing against them. Realize, the ideas that Sander's has brought into the election this year aren't ideas that will easily go away or be dismissed. Clinton spent most of the primary saying she and Bernie agreed on basically everything. People will definitely expect her to deliver on these progressive ideas... On the other side, Republicans are going to spend every waking hour trying to destroy her and mar her under investigations until they can impeach or win the White House in 2020.
I just don't think the establishment understands where the American people are on all the corruption and insulating the uber wealthy of this country. They have spent too much time insulated inside their bubbles to get what is happening or even care what is happening... They have their's and screw the rest of us.
On a side note: what and interesting time to be alive as far as historical time period.

(6,551 posts)However, if any supporters repeat the behavior in NV, they should be removed.
Security and the FBI will be all over the convention center. If trouble starts, it will be stopped immediately.

Bernie will concede before the convention. He's stubborn and egotistical, but not stupid. Hillary will need about 50 delegates out of 700 on June 7. She will exceed the number of delegates to win by hundreds.
No need to bar them from the convention.
