Not necessarily. Advertising works, GOTV drives work, Hillary did none of that in WVA.

Inasmuch as "East" Virginia has almost 3 times the Electoral votes, that's the one for me.

All states and voters matter for the primary. If you evaluating a candidate's strength in the GE< considering how the state votes in the fall can add to that analysis.

of letters written by my maternal g.grandparents to each other when he was serving in the Union Army and she was running the farm and raising the children (all 13 of them!). Needless to say, they were thrilled when WV became a state.
