Congratulations to Bernie for his win in WV.

He's cut 7 pledged delegates from Hillary's lead. However, Hillary has 6 unpledged superdelegates from that state who have stated their support for her. Bernie has one. His net gain in the overall delegate count, including pledged delegates was only 2.

Next stop: KY and OR next Tuesday. We'll see how they go, but Bernie's going to have to win with bigger margins if he hopes to catch up and overtake Hillary in terms of pledged delegates.

Each win demonstrates that there is still a Democratic wing in the Democratic party, and our eventual nominee will need to treat our issues seriously. If that nominee can convince us that will be the case, we will gladly put a Democrat in the White House this fall.
