...and it has cost him politically during his time in office. Which is just one of many reasons I have always respected him. He stands up for what is fair for all not just what is popular to some.

As much as I disliked his answer to the question of being able to sue gun manufacturers for what their product produces (which would undoubtedly save lives) I could/can not disagree with it.

He is not anti-Israel, he is not anti-Semitic. And, he is not a "self-loathing Jew." His YUGE "mistake" is even mentioning Palestinians. I may not fully agree with some of his statements, but overall, his position is equitable and doesn't leave Israel out in the cold, as some are trying to make it sound.
