WI Supreme Court refuses AG's request to take up voter ID

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2012

The state Supreme Court today refused the attorney general's request to take up two voter ID cases that found the requirement was unconstitutional.

In one order, the court called Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen's petition to bypass the appeals courts premature.

... and I would expect them to uphold anything Wanker wants if it gets to them.

This is likely at least in part due to the great job Judge Flanagan did in ruling the law unconstitutional. He didn't leave a lot of wiggle room.
