Romney gets dirty bomb threat wrong

In his Boca Ratan "I have a smear" speech Romney says we can't let Iran get enriched Uranium because they will give some fissile material to terrorists who will bring it to Chicago, say, and use it to blackmail us with a threat of a dirty bomb.

But fissile material DOESN'T WORK in a dirty bomb. A dirty bomb will not work with Uranium!
