Memories of Elizabeth and this Italian restaurant,I'm at her Moms in Jersey.

In south jersey had to head this way last night after work I have business in Philly today. On the Schuylkill expressway i thought gonna pick up some this Italian restaurant their sausage pizzas for my mother in law and i dinner and Thursday night football seriously they best pizzas I’ve ever have had at this place over in Collingswood south Jersey on the black horse pike.

Walking into restaurant memories came flooding back memories of eating at restaurant over three and half decades when we’d come to visit Elizabeth family.

Memories of sitting down as family especially when the girls were small children and having the most delicious ziti or chicken parm or the spaghetti and meatballs.

Not sure what year yet it was thanksgiving probably mid 1990’s and our daughters loved this places meatballs so on Black Friday when Elizabeth and her mother headed out on Black Friday to shop at the this south jersey mall.

I loaded up then we just had the two girls maybe seven and four in age and we rolled to have meatball parm for lunch on Black Friday and i remember maybe ordering not sure how many meatballs with marinara no pasta to go from the kitchen.

So that Black Friday evening for dinner Saturday for breakfast probably lunch the kids had meatballs they love the meatballs.

So when going back to our home of 28 years in Adams county penn Saturday and yesterday waiting on the two pies to go. I asked the waitress do you all still offer the meatballs to go so I’m gonna call en route it’s 20 minutes from mother in laws and order the 30 count to go so the girls can come and eat Sunday.

Actually our son said Dad order sausage pies to go as well for Saturday college and Sunday football. So I’ll probably order 6 pies for kids girls grandkids eat with us then kids can take some pizza pies home with the 30 count meatballs with side large side probably gallon marinara tomorrow and the best garlic bread.
Good memories I loved Liz so deep hard met her in 85 home on leave from 82nd went to the shore with my one bro. His wife and Liz were college roommates awesome three half decades years married and life together .

Have good day D.U. Community gonna head into Philly and love the one you’re with.

My first husband passed in 2011, and I still think of our memories together. Sending you so much love, and I do love the one I'm with.

Thank you for this post.

Stay with you forever!

I like the part where there's Italian food involved though, at this point, you could be mistaken for a food truck. Beware of people running up and waving cash at you on the street corner!

Enjoy the weekend... and all that food!
