In our continued effort at transparency, the A&A hosts report that DUer whathehell has been blocked from the group. His/her behavior was increasingly antagonistic, and it had become apparent that they were not interested in making a meaningful contribution to the group.

At 5:32 PM (Mountain Time), the following PM was sent to whathehell:

Hi, whathehell,

As a safe haven group on DU, the Atheists & Agnostics group is a place where nonbelievers can gather to communicate and commiserate without the snark, negativity, and vitriol we often receive in real life. As such, we take seriously any threats to the sanctity of our safe haven. At this point, we don't think your presence brings any value to the group and respectfully request you refrain from posting in the A&A group. There are a number of tools you can use at DU to ignore A&A threads, and suggest you use either those tools or self-restraint to stay away from the A&A group.

Oh, so THIS is the price one pays for not "apologizing" to the influential Mr. {USERNAME REDACTED}, for daring, in even the mildest of terms, to disagree with him So glad to see your safe little hasn't succumbed to "group think" or anything, LOL

By the way, since you've "respectfully" requested that I stay out of your pathetic forum, which, as I explained, I wasn't even aware of entering, maybe you should "respectfully" stay off general discussion "greatest" threads.
