https://www.accuweather.com/en/weather-news/missing-2017s-total-solar-eclipse-start-planning-for-the-next-one-in-2024/70002507Mondays total solar eclipse was one of the biggest astronomical events of the year, but people that missed it will have the chance to see another in less than a decade.
Many major cities will be in the path of the 2024 total solar eclipse, including Dallas; Little Rock, Arkansas; Indianapolis; Cleveland; Buffalo, New York; and Montreal.
Similar to this weeks eclipse, much of the rest of North America will experience a partial solar eclipse on April 8, 2024, with the exception of Alaska and far northwestern Canada.

somewhere in the 6 minute range. It's also crossing directly over Carbondale, IL which was the center of the one we had today. Lucky ba*****s.

I was in Ocean City, NJ when eclipse happened. We had 77% coverage and it was still pretty cool. My wife bought glasses for us and we were one of the few people on the beach with them. Had I had 1,000 of them I think I could have made a killing selling them to everyone.
Next time!!
