Gal Gadot Has an Adorable Moment With a Young Fan, Internet Responds with Anti-Semitism

THIS IS THE JEWISH GROUP!!

A normal person may have seen the footage from Comic-Con this weekend showing Gal Gadot and Ezra Miller talking to a little girl dressed as Wonder Woman who cried because she was so happy to meet hero big-screen hero and found it sweet or touching. I would say that was the reaction of most people to this heartwarming scene.

Gadot comforted the young girl, saying “Now we are friends so there’s no reason to cry anymore. We are together!”

The internet, however, is full of people who are far shittier than most people. While we swooned over how sweet Gadot was to her tiny doppelgänger, there was no shortage of people who couldn’t wait to remind us that Gal Gadot is Israeli and that makes her bad because of barely concealed anti-semitism

Not at all surprised. "Intersectionality" at its best. BTW..."Wonder Woman" is the summer's BIGGEST box office hit, despite the "fear" many had a female driven (and directed) superhero film would never be a money-maker. Fun to watch misogyny and anti-Semitism "intersect".

What is crazy is he plays all these "bad asses", but in interviews, he is a big goofball and very charmingly sweet. Look up some of his interviews on YouTube.

I do forgive you for this "distraction", but I can't forgive the misspelling of my acronym!

You know what to...put yourself on the schedule!

Wonder Woman is an Immortal Amazonian Princess. Greece is on the Mediterranean Sea, not the Amazon.

are part of Greek mythology. That's how Wonder Woman is Greek. She is not from South America. She is from a mythical Mediterranean island.

"Wonder Woman's origin story relates that she was sculpted from clay by her mother Queen Hippolyta and given life by Aphrodite, along with superhuman powers as gifts by the Greek gods. However, in recent years artists updated her profile: she has been depicted as the daughter of Zeus, and jointly raised by her mother Hippolyta and her aunts Antiope and Menalippe; artist George Perez gave her a muscular look and emphasized her Amazonian heritage; artist Jim Lee redesigned Diana's costume to include pants (although now Wonder Woman uses a skirt and the New 52 pants design was never used officially); she inherits Ares's divine abilities, becoming the personified "God of War.""

and we kind of just stumbled on this theatre down a little street we don't remember ever walking down before. Saw a midnight showing of WW. I've been so glad that such a woman-centric movie has done so well this summer. My sister landed in Tel Aviv earlier this morning and I was hoping the decision to remove the metal detectors (ones I am fully in support of, 2 cops killed show how necessary they are) would calm things down. I should have known better.

Actually I don't want to know what it takes to be so bigoted.
