So I have to say

That I'm hoping the tide is turning. My wife is a minister and I haven't been at church for weeks because we had some really crappy circumstances that I had to take care of because I am not a minister. Anyway, we have had at least 3 new families, no 4, come to our church in seek of somewhere to raise their young families. And I really think it has a lot to do with the fact that we are actively progressive. My wife is obviously a lesbian. Our main minister talked openly about how much she disagreed with the policy of separating families. And we have an active outreach committee that wants to sponser an immigrant family. I'm really over the evangelicals getting attention for being hateful when we actually have really good people living the way Jesus would have wanted in my opinion. I honestly waver in my beliefs but I support my wife to the fullest. And it's so nice to see people coming around to an organization that just loves everyone.
