☦ Orthodox Christian: Have an uplifting story to tell. An experience this evening at the grocery

check out line.~
Black female at the card terminal. On her phone evidently talking to bank. Was short of $$ to pay for groceries. Started to give items back. White dude in front of me goes, "how much is she short?" $11. He goes, "I'll pay it." I go "lemme split that with you. I'll kick in $5 bucks." Girl leaves. Guy pays for his one item. I go "take the $5." He goes, "okay." And then I get a hug from him. We had a 3-way spiritual happening. The black cashier was loving it! It was a blessing all the way around.

Same here, from personal experience.

Another DUer said it well:
"All lives are precious; everything living on earth forms an interconnected network - much like a neural network. Most of us have....never learned how to tap into it..."

My experience was what most would call spiritual but I just don't need to believe in a creator/ supervisor/ savior. No offense intended to anyone. Live, love, let live.

There's something about this grocery store. Lately every time I shop there, I get edified, lifted up, encouraged by someone's something. All is not lost no matter how vile and destructive the previous admin's occupier of the oval office's attempt to permeate life.

I will testify that I know people who are unchurched, do not profess communing in any Christian tradition of faith, agnostics. atheists, etc. with a God-bearing evidence more so than some of them bodies that are totin' and in church whenever the doors are open.

"Judge not, lest ye be judged."
