Whats next for religion in 2018?

From the article:

2018 will be a year where interfaith work will be about recalibrating our nation’s moral and ethical social agenda.
2018 will be the year that churches, mosques, temples, synagogues, gurdwaras and sacred spaces will work together to protect the most vulnerable.

voted for Trump, I don't think we should put much politically faith in the faithful.

promising to do the right thing now when their members were putting this abomination into office?

They wouldn't have to worry so much about the most vunerable if they didn't cast the deciding votes to make things so horrible.

Some of these churches are actually quite progressive, as are some of the members, but sometimes our preconceptions can interfere with our vision.

I've never found anything that was perfect in my 72 years. Nothing. Everything is flawed in some way, or even in multiple ways.
