Especially for sports talk radio, where it's 99% conjecture and speculation, there is very little substance.

The preshows I try to find something else before switching to the game if I'm interested. I don't watch as much as I used to.

What I consider disgusting are these so called sit down interviews of players. And then they get all wild and more like the stupid touchdown dance type activities.
