There are a few documentaries around about them. There are many others equally fascinating.
Definitely worth seeking out a documentary or two.

Edited to add Dancing with the Birds on Netflix is one of them.

but one of these days...

i never wanted to go to australia despite the birds, cuz of their rep as the last bastion of the white man. but i found out that my many times great uncle, michael dwyer, who was sent to botany bay, is remembered w big family gatherings. that, i would take the trip for.

but i'd also like to go to indonesia some day. so many cray cray birds there.
