How old is Ryan Lochte? Reminds me of a young Mark Spitz...arrogant as hell and blowing it big time...yesterday and today. Is he young enough to mature a little and redeem himself in 2016 like Spitz did in his second Olympics?

even though Lochte ruined the team's advantage gained through Phelps in the 4x100 relay resulting in a mediocre silver medal and a public humilliation of the entire team by losing to France.
