Recommended free sites to deal with all those digital files

If you do a lot of reading and research like I do, you probably have a lot of files on your computer...especially pdfs. Many pdfs are "secured" so that you can't highlight text or cut and paste from them. Two FREE sites I've found very helpful are:

smallpdf.com

convertfiles.com
