It is a deliberate strategy to further disempower victims of racism...while reinforcing structural disadvantage. But...but...they are victim... huh?

Entitlement to take what they want or to exploit when they want from people they consider their lessers.

I'm white. Have been for 65 years. Never been a victim of racism. Don't know any white people who have been victims either.

I have been a victim of white privilege. It bothers me when I know I am being treated with a respect not given to people of color just because I'm white.

I worked for a Korean company once. They hired me to teach them about American business tactics/strategies. They taught me that my eyes are too round to make any decisions. I didn't stay long. Fortunately for me, I had choices. Many in this country do not have such choices, and I can understand how frustrating it must be.
