can damaged the kidneys.

But take it easy, anyway.

I have one of these foam rollers that really eases stiff back

Can damage the stomach badly.

I use a foam roller leaning against it in the hallway to keep the old spine straight. It's just soft and hard enough to do its job safely.

Chairs and beds can be really problematic.

Suggestions?

2 cats can make surprisingly large messes.

All the other chores can wait till tomorrow.

I do sleep with a knee sponge, but I may need some time with stretches, a heating pad, & more stretches
