I finally heard back from Oak Street concerning my bad experience at my last appointment

It took a while for them to contact me but was a good conversation.

The practice manager agreed that some of the things said, along with this APN's dismissive attitude, were very inappropriate and they are going to talk with the provider. She was also surprised that I've been seen by FOUR different providers in just one year. One retired, one went on maternity leave, one must have left the practice because she's not listed on the web site, and then I got handed off to this last one.

She did ask if I was willing to meet, one more time, with this provider and I said yes. What's the worst that can happen? She might have been having an 'off' day or we might just not 'vibe' because she might also be the wrong person for someone with severe anxiety issues to be seeing.

The practice manager put it on her calendar to call me, the day after the appointment, to see how things went.

I don't really care. The practice manager actually asked if I'd like to switch to someone else, today.

I have an appointment on the 5th for lab work and a 'wellness visit', which is little more than a routine office visit with one of those 'draw a clock and remember 4 words' routines. So, we will see.
