government employees whipping boys. Personally, in the few years I worked for a federal agency, I was impressed by the dedication and creativity of ordinary federal employees, who frequently lacked for training and guidance from their "superiors".

That's why the right wing loons are so unfair in their attacks.

They are just jealous. No one prevented them for applying for Civil Service jobs back in the day when they had decent benefits.
