I am such a whiny sick person and I tried the 'mind over matter' thing meaning I went into it saying to myself I won't have a reaction this time,,,, but,,,, the reality is that of the 6 covid shots I've had, I reacted to all but the first,,,, ohwell,,,, I am definitely better this morning and I consider it a small price to pay for the protection. So far neither my Husband or I have had covid (that we know of)

Got mine a couple weeks after I got a flu shot. THAT one kicked my butt, for almost 2 days. Not just a sore arm, but mild flu symptoms, which did finally pass.

The RSV shot was a WHOLE LOT nicer. Not even a sore arm!

Next up: COVID booster. (Last jab was in June and my doctor said to get the new one).

Good luck!

feeling blah and a bit fluy, but next day was fine. Get it. My 4 year old grandson was extremely sick and in ICU last year for weeks.

One in each arm. The shingles vax stung like hell and made my arm sore. The RSV, not so much. Otherwise, not much reaction.

The booster was a Pfizer. I felt like I had the flu for about 4 days total. Chills, feverish, coughing, achy, the whole nine yards.
But I got better.
