But remember, as Shannon says, these things never happen.

(6,185 posts)They tried to sell her as just a "stay at home Mom who was just fed up with gun violence".
Then everyone found out she was on Bloomberg's payroll with his Mom's Demand Action group, and had an extensive corporate career in PR working for, among others, Monsanto.
This week the MDA group managed to get a total of 11 Moms together for a Stroller Jam protest in Texas outside an annual meeting. They had one stroller. I guess Bloomberg's check didn't clear fast enough to get more "grass roots" people out?
Now I have a question. All the gun control "fans" are twisted up over these open carry guys in Texas. I think it's kind of silly, but it's their choice. How many have died or been wounded by these guys so far? The way everybody is whining about how horrible/stupid/dangerous/ etc. they are, you'd think the death toll was mounting. Has anything been hurt besides people feelings and delicate sensibilities?
I recognize her description but could not place a name with it.
I agree that the open carry Texas guys are silly. Slung rifles are one thing; carrying them in your hands is another.
As far as I know -- that and $2 gets you a cup of coffee at Starbucks -- no one ever has been injured by anyone doing what they are doing.
