Except for the Japanese internment thing.
But he and Eleanor were perfect for the times when they led this country. Imagine if someone like Trump was in the WH.

FDR was certainly the right man at the right time. I read a lot about WWII and I think FDR more or less saved the world, but even he couldn’t manage much with the current politics in tge US. And you know, Ive come to believe Stalin was the right man for the time, even though he was responsible for killing more people than Hitler, and they were mostly his own citizens. All in all the most important time in human history, in my view. I just can’t imagine mankind making such coordinated and concerted efforts for so many years nowadays.

As for TFG he wanted to award himself a congressional Medal of Honor, that pretty well tells you everything you need to know about him.
