An up side to having insomnia is Carys. A down side? Madoc.

I fell asleep around 11 and woke up just an hour later, after a really disturbing dream. And I mean WIDE awake. Carys was curled up next to me. The boys were nowhere to be seen.

So I spent about 3 hours cuddling and playing with Carys and watching the Djuma Dam Cam live stream. She was at peak sweetness.

Finally fell asleep at about 3:30. At 5:30 Madoc decided I had achieved sufficient rest and I should think about getting up and filling their food bowls.

At least he woke me up with a kiss.
