I vacuumed floors before I headed out to work in the front garden. I was working below the kitchen window when I heard a weird noise. It was Arthur, climbing up the screen. Apparently he had lost sight of me when I knelt down. Fortunately he is light and the screen is strong.
Then when I came back inside, there was kibble scattered EVERYWHERE on the freshly vacuumed floor.
So, now the trouble makers are resting up before causing more trouble but Gryff is reassuring me he wants NO part of their shenanigans.

(112,724 posts)I'm sure Madoc and Arthur are preparing for round 2 of mischief this afternoon.

Lol - round 2 of mischief being planned during nap, no doubt.
Great pix of Gryff!

(21,806 posts)for being out of sight outdoors. It was intended to create work for you indoors so you would not go out again.
Gryff is more live and let live. "Hey, guys, if she wants to go out once in a while, I guess that's her business. Besides, do you really want that vacuum monster brought out again?"
Or, maybe Arthur and Madoc got into a skirmish about who gets to eat the kibble. If so, looks like they made up afterwards.

(26,333 posts)Maybe they sense they are brothers. But Gryff is deep in the mix, too. Just not the trouble mix.

(21,806 posts)they are brothers, or they just share some common traits that draw them together because they share some genes in common. Lucky for you that Gryff's temperament is a bit more mellow. Does he seem to feel left out, or is he just content to be a little less mischievous?
Siwsan
(26,333 posts)But Gryff also likes to snuggle on my lap.
It is amazing how well all three get along. They wrestle and groom each other and so often I'll see all 3 sleeping within inches of each other.

(21,806 posts)So, have you considered adding a Guinevere or Lancelot to make Camelot a little more complete?
Siwsan
(26,333 posts)Besides, I've got the ferals, too.

(21,806 posts)I wish that I could have a second cat to keep Ember company, but apartment rules limit us to one four footed pet. She has made friends, though, with a Shih Tzu down the hall from us. They are the same size.

(24,143 posts)...for wasting time on vacuuming.
The results of house cleaning are so ephemeral.
