* The images show dogs playing in the snow, rafting in the sea, cuddling up to their masters and snoozing peacefully
* Competition has eight categories: Portrait, Man's Best Friend; Dogs At Play; Dogs At Work; Puppy, Oldies, and I Love Dogs Because - a category specifically for those aged 18 and under and Assistance Dogs and Dog Charities
* The overall winner was from Russia, while UK entries from North Tyneside, Preston and Kent were also victorious
