1. Homemade pizza

Made the dough, sauce, and the sausage myself.
Oh! I also made the pizzas.

2. Im so excited for this one!

Crock-Pot mac& cheese with ham & breadcrumbs!!! New recipe!!!

Maybe some BBQ burgers if my teen is super hungry...

Tomorrow using the crock pot for lemon/blueberry cheesecake!

3. OH NO! crockpot is cracked! :(

So I hope that low and slow in the oven in the pyrex casserole dish is similar @ 250 degrees...

I'll just have to watch it closer

4. Pasta

The Landlady(!)'s basil plants are growing out of control so she's making pasta al pesto with a very light tomato sauce on the side.

I'm grilling some shrimp and I made a large mixed salad from the garden earlier this afternoon.

My son is staying with us and he wants garlic bread. I told him to make it. I'm honestly frightened!

We have gelato for dessert.

5. Grilled chicken, asparagus and potatoes. Dark chocolate for dessert.

I’m out of tomatoes.
It gets worse- I was so hungry when I got home from work, I nuked the bacon.
