The RG made ragu sauce and we are having a plate of pasta.
I made a big garden salad with some of my romaine and red leaf lettuce. I put in chopped yellow pepper, red scallion, carrots, radishes, and minced herbs.
For dessert, a chocolate chip ice cream sandwich.

The wine sounds good, too.

(22,023 posts)Angel hair pasta with garlic and olive oil. Grilled asparagus, red peppers and mushrooms on top. Fresh garden salad from the Landladys garden. Ciabatta bread and butter on the side.
Klondike bars for dessert.

cooked in the Instant Pot and finished in the broiler. Potato salad, and a beet salad with greens, candied pecans and goat cheese. Dressing was orange juice concentrate, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Dessert is peach cobbler, cooling off now.

(5,641 posts)One went earthy. With added mushroom and morels too. One went Mediterranean with sliced pepperoncini, kalamata olive and feta.
Extra thin cracker style crust turned out great! Will have lunch leftovers!
A cheap Walking Dead Sauvignon Blanc to go with that I cooked with last night.
