Chef's salad with diced ham, chicken, and Swiss cheese. The usual tossed greens and vegetables.
BIG salad!
And this probably isn't true to form for a Chef's salad but I'm putting snap pea crisps on top for crunchiness.
I was able to use some of my garden ingredients in it, like scallions and a few different lettuces.

(4,533 posts)However, at 5am I ran into a seafood truck up from the gulf at a convenience store and bought a pound of shrimp off the guy. I'm thinking stir fried with a few veggies and a honey-sriracha sauce.

Spaghetti with a primavera sauce. Garlic bread.
Fresh fruit for dessert.
